Great spot! Coffee well balanced, and well extracted, from Campbell and Syne; -not sure country of origin or process-could have been a roaster ‘s blend but tasted delicious as a short espresso and as a chai, milky sweet drink. Haven’t tried the pastries yet but they looked inviting. Understated decor with great seating inside and in the garden.

Run, don't walk to this little hidden gem! Tucked away just off Holloway road, it has pastries, freshly baked bread and a variety of local products. Indoor seating plus a lovely outdoor garden that's so quiet and peaceful.

A super addition to the local bakery scene. Slightly quirky setup, but much better than the high street ☕️ chains. Seats outside if the weather allows, or inside when needed if you are lucky - there are 3 benches. A little basic but refreshing, staff are lovely. Lots of takeaway customers when we were there. Pastries excellent, almond croissant perfect 👌

Lovely staff, incredible bread and hearty pastry selection. A total hidden gem and a must-visit bakery - and I say that as a South Londoner! I recommend the Rosemary bread in particular.

We came by on a jaunt and were so pleasantly surprised by this bakery. There are the classic pastries and some very inventive delicious ones. Great service and cute courtyard to sit in. What a find!

Fantastic sourdough breads, pastries, savoury treats, cakes, biscuits and coffees. A hidden treasure trove of irresistible goodies. Handmade and freshly baked. Love this bakery ❤️
This newly opened bakery has a beautiful variety and selection of delicious breads and pastries. A very welcome new arrival to the Islington coffee scene and well worth the visit, but go early to ensure the widest selections.

Thank you so much!
Gorgeous bakes and fantastic coffee. We just had a savoury pastry, a cinnamon bun and a glorious bakewell tart/croissant hybrid while on the way to the Emirates. Support this great small business!

Gorgeous pastries and very unassuming unaffected venue. We had the savoury pastries and they were 10/10. Best was the dauphinoise and wild garlic one - see photo 🥰

Thank you!
Very good pastries, the spinach and feta roll and almond croissants are valerie’s! A little bit expensive but high quality.

I visited a few weeks ago and the lady behind the counter recommended the almond croissant to me which was one of the best I've had. They also stock a small range of preserves - I got the passion fruit compote but have yet to try it. Not the biggest range of bakes but a nice little spot with some tables and chairs as well if you want a seat.

Stumbled upon this near my work – quick and friendly service, ordered the egg and chive sandwich which was made with two huge slices of fresh sourdough - the most delicious egg mayo I've ever eaten. The pastries looks good, but didn't try. Highly recommend!

Thank you!
We got a loaf of their sourdough and it was exceptional. A little pricey but really high quality. Noticeably better than Gail's. Would recommend the bread.
